Very Fine 100% Alpaca Roving Fiber

These rovings comes from the prime fiber of:
1. GRAY: Chili Pepper, our dark silver grey huacaya alpaca 2018 national reserve champion. The fleece used to make this roving was the fleece that helped her earn that title. Chili Peppers’ fleece micron for that fleece is 22.
2. The WHITE roving came from Buddy one of our white male alpacas whose micron was 17.8 at the time of this shearing. Sadly we lost buddy after this shearing but the impressive density, fineness, crimp, and handle of his fleece lives on in this roving.
3.The FAWN roving is a blend of fiber from Pride, our 2019 reserve champion with a micron of 19.4 at his first shearing ( this was from his second), Tandy our champion and judges choice female and from Tiki, the fawn offspring of our white female who is top 5 % EPD for fiber statistics. We never had Tiki tested but sold her as a breeding female.
4. the GRAY and WHITE blended roving was produced by our mill and combines Snodrift our white female (top 5% EPD’s), Chili Pepper ( Gray reserve champion at the 2018 National show), and Hazel ( a gray girl whose fleece was a donation to us for volunteer work)
