Her fleece blanket is consistent gray, very fine and bright and she is very well conformed. This medium rose grey boy is a beautiful male. He stands tall and proud on the farm at 150 pre-shear pounds of awesomeness. I think he knows that Emerald Farms Orlando Cloud is his grandpa! There is a load of color in his background and lots of grey, both silver and rose. This phenotypically excellent male claims Emerald Farm's Orlando Cloud as his paternal grandsire. ST 164 Ark's Tsumani as his sire.

One industry expert/long time breeder told us Max has beautiful fleece- by industry standards 5 years ago. Meaning that today the industry is breeding for a higher frequency crimp (zipper stlye). Max's bold crimped fleece makes a beautiful toffee colored yarn which knits up to make a very luscious yarn with a lot of loft. He still has a nice staple length at 4 inches. He would be a terrific addition to any fiber farm. He sheared nearly 10 # total fleece this year with a 3.5 pound blanket. His 2019 EPD put him in the top 25 % for fleece weight. He missed the top 15 % by 1.8%. His %F>30 is 34.9 % EPD

Standard industry contracts are used. Breeding quality alpacas come with reproductive and live birth guarantees. You may take possession of your alpacas once the down payment is received and the “contract for purchase” signed by both parties. Transfer of ownership with ARI will not occur until full payment is received. Financing is available with 25 - 33% down, with up to 24 monthly payments. Buyer must purchase full mortality insurance for alpaca and offspring, if any, naming Northern Blessings Alpacas LLC as beneficiary on balance due until paid in full. For individual purchases over $3000, significant discount for cash sales paid in 30 days. Special pricing often available for multiple alpaca purchases. Transportation responsibility of buyer.
